New library members this month could be in with a chance to win VIP tickets for the Wales Rally GB.
The 2011 Wales Rally GB (November 10-13) will see competitors making their way through some of the most exhilarating scenery in the world, and for the chance win two VIP hospitality places, you simply need to join a library in Powys during October.
There are four different sections of the rally in different areas of Wales and the winner can chose which one they want to attend.
Libraries are free to join and as well as books there are newspapers, e-books, DVDs, magazines, free internet access and family history resources plus free activities for children, free audio and large print books.
The promotion is open to anyone over the age of 16 who lives, works or studies in Wales and joins a library anywhere in Wales during October 2011 – either in person or online. All new members will be entered into the draw to win two VIP places and the winner will be announced the first week of November.
