A ‘Major’ break-in

Welshpool’s town centre was targeted this morning (Friday) after employees from Major’s on Broad Street arrived for work to find the main front window had been smashed.
It is believed a thief made off with four Barbour coats and a jack that was thought to have been used was recovered by police at the scene.
The window was replaced first thing and business returned to normal soon after opening. If you have information, contact the police on 101.
