Two charged with 21 burglaries

 

The two men - aged 34 and 35 - have been charged with conspiracy to commit burglaries in the area between November 27 and December 16. 

 

They are due to appear before Llandrindod Wells Magistrates today (Wednesday) where an application will be made for their remand into custody. 

 

Brecon Magistrates had allowed officers an additional 36 hours to interview the men.

 

Detective Inspector Diane Davies said: “The men have been questioned in relation to 21 burglary offences which have been linked together through modus operandi and forensic evidence. The suspects were identified and arrested as a result of sophisticated technology at our disposal.”
