NFU Cymru’s Deputy President, Stephen James (right), will address an on-farm meeting on Thursday with all local farmers urged to attend and debate key burning issues.
Stephen James will be at Glaniwrch Farm, Llanrhaeadr-Ym-Mochnant, at 2.00pm, through kind permission of Nigel Evans and his family.
Mr. James will open the meeting with a discussion about the current measures taking place in Wales to combat bovine TB. Members will also have an opportunity to ask questions on other policy issues, including the latest developments on the Glastir scheme and current market prices.
David Jones, Montgomeryshire NFU Cymru County Chairman said: “We are very grateful to Stephen James for agreeing to address this meeting and to the Evans family for agreeing to host it on their farms. I would like to extend a warm welcome to as many local farmers as possible to attend.”
