Montgomeryshire prepares for hub war

Montgomeryshire is preparing to unite in mass protest against the preferred substation and pylon route location which is expected to be announced tomorrow (Tuesday).
Local Assembly Member Russell George was informed by National Grid that July 31 is d-day and Montgomeryshire Against Pylons (MAP) has sent out its war cry to its troops to be ready for reaction.
A spokesperson said: “We need as many people as possible at 5pm at whichever village is identified by National Grid. It will be either: Cefn Cefn Inn, Cefn Coch or The Waterloo, Abermule. Please bring posters, banners etc. and wear your T-Shirts (if you have one).”
Mywelshpool will announce the decision as soon as it is known.
