Three arrests after St David’s Day incident

Three men have been arrested following an incident outside The Angel in the early hours of St. David’s Day.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident outside the Berriew Street pub at 1.10am on March 1 and have arrested three men, aged 48, 41 and 36, on suspicion of affray.

All three have been bailed pending further inquiries.

Anyone who witnessed the incident and can help police with their inquiries should contact police at Welshpool Police Station on 101.
