No injuries from timber yard inferno

Forty fire fighters and seven appliances were called upon to tackle last night’s inferno at a timber yard near Guilsfield.

Crews were called out shortly after 6pm to tackle the blaze which damaged 90% of Broadoak Timber in Pentre'r Beirdd.

Smoke could be seen from miles around but thankfully no-one is thought to be injured.
