Foster Care Fortnight launched

Staff from Powys County Council’s Fostering & Adoption teams will be out and about for the next two weeks as part of the annual Foster Carer Fortnight celebrations.

The national awareness campaign runs from May 13-24 and staff will be visiting eight towns encouraging local residents to find out more about fostering or adopting.

Events will be held across the county but will arrive in Newtown on May 21 at Morrisons and Welshpool on May 24 at Coed y Dinas.
