Mick Bates assault case adjourned

The case against Montgomeryshire AM Mick Bates (right) will resume at Cardiff Magistrates on November 4.

Mr. Bates has denied charges of assault and public disorder following a night out in a Cardiff restaurant earlier this year.

The charges stem from allegations made by members of a medical team who attended an incident at the restaurant. Mr Bates is accused of assaulting two paramedics - Darren Noble and Carl Jones - and a University Hospital of Wales nurse, Claire Morris.
