Early morning call for Welshpool firefighters

Welshpool firefighters were called from their beds early on Sunday morning to a fire at Boys & Bodens.

A fire broke out in an electrical heater in a toilet at the Mill Lane premises at 6am on Sunday.

It was feared the fire might spread but firefighters managed to bring it under control and prevented what could have been a serious blaze.
