Scottish cash stolen from Welshpool car

A purse has been stolen from a Mercedes parked at the Powys County Council offices on Severn Street.
The incident happened on July 18 between 4.15pm-5.05pm when the black leather purse was pinched from the car parked in the disabled bay.
The purse contained £300 in Scottish £20 notes.
