There were a lower number of entries this week seeing an average price of £45.77 for the ewes and £62.10 for the rams. Cull ewes topped the sale this week with a price of £98.50 from D T A Williams,

860 breeding ewes and store lambs were entered this week achieving an average price of £70.
Store Lambs: 44 Theave lambs were entered achieving a top price of £65 from TM Davies. There were 96 mixed and clean lambs entered gaining a top price of £65 from AM Jones. 62 Wether lambs were entered achieving a top price of £61 from S Lewis.

DAIRY
A better entry of cattle forward met with a firmer trade than a fortnight ago. Two Piccollo heifers from G A G Evans & Son, Trawscoed sold to a top of £1980. A third heifer from the same herd sold for £1420. A third calver from R N Thompson, Oak Green farm made £1690. Two heifers from the same home sold for £1600 and £ 1400. A breakdown of all prices achieved were as follows:- 1800-2000 2 lots; 1600-1800 2 lots; 1400-1600 2 lots <1400 1 lot.
