If you are a Powys resident and can spare 10 minutes to answer a Powys County Council survey on its Customer Service, then you could win an iPad.
Powys County Council is looking at new ways of working in its Customer Service department (including its Registration team) in a bid to help address the council’s budget shortfall.
The survey is designed to establish how the proposed changes may affect local people.
The survey can be found at www.powys.gov.uk/haveyoursay and closes at midnight on November 3, after which the draw will be made.
Councillor Gareth Ratcliffe is Cabinet Member with responsibility for Customer Service and he said: “We are embarking on a process to transform service provision in many areas. This will allow us to do the same (or where possible, more) for less money.”
