Top bands lined up for huge Christmas party

A huge Christmas concert has been announced featuring two of the town’s top bands as Welshpool looks to finish off an incredible musical year in style.

Popular band The Soul Jets (right) will line up alongside talented covers outfit The Tellers for an extravaganza on Friday, December 17^th, with tickets already on sale and expected to sell fast following the success of another sell-out live music feast held over Halloween in the town.

“It was fantastic last weekend when the concert was a sell out so what better way to end the year for Welshpool’s live music scene than by holding one of the biggest gigs of the year,” said Ben Picken from organisers, Teller Promotions.

Welshpool’s business community is being targeted for the gig also, with group bookings receiving a discount on tickets which are priced just £6 and available from The Angel, band members or by emailing tellerpromo@gmail.com.
