Last call for Midnight Walkers

Hundreds of people are expected to take part in this weekend’s Midnight Walk organised by the lads at Welshpool Fire Station to raise money for the Severn Hospice.

Walkers are being urged to register ahead of time to save any last minute rush on the night and it can be done at The Flash Leisure Centre, Welshpool Fire Station, The Severn Hospice Shop (next to the town hall) or the Welshpool Sorting Office.

And there’s an added incentive this year with walkers offered the chance to win a bumper Christmas Hamper (pictured) in a raffle. Midnight Walk t-shirts will be available for £3 at the station with all proceeds going to Severn Hospice. The walk takes place on Saturday night.
