Berriew residents put under a trance

22/11/2010 @ 03:08

Local hypnotherapist Phil Collins mesmerised a group of Berriew and area residents and helped to raise valuable funds for the Air Ambulance in the process.
Phil, 52, featured on mywelshpool last month, donated his fee (£100) to the charity after delivering a speech at Berriew Community Hall, which helped to raise over £400. The previous week he joined war correspondent Martin Bell to speak at the AGM for the Women’s Council held in Welshpool Town Hall.
Phil, who is giving a discount to mywelshpool readers for treatments at his clinic, said: “I do a number of talks on the subject of hypnotherapy to different organisations and generally charge a small fee which I like to give back to local charities.”
The charity event was organized by Mr. Barrie Bennett and Mrs Pat Smith. Music was provided by Jim Edwards and Alan Powell. Ann Lewis from the Air Ambulance also attended.
