A 400 year-old tour guide will be taking walkers on an historic wintry walk around Welshpool tomorrow (Saturday).
‘Sarah’ is Powysland Museum’s 400 year-old guide and will be leading the story telling and historic walk around the town. Starting at 1.30pm at the Powysland Museum, walkers can expect to be back in the warm by 3pm. Suitable for families, tickets cost £3.50 per adult, £2 per child and £8 for a family ticket. All children must be accompanied.
The walk follows a craft and decoration workshop based on Christmas traditions from Victorian Times from 11am-12noon. The crafts are suitable for all ages of children, although younger children may need adult supervision. It is £2.50 per child and all children under eight must be accompanied.
