Move over Paddington, Olaf is coming!

There’s some good news and some bad news regarding this summer’s revamped Welshpool Carnival.
The bad news is that organisers have been told that Paddington bear won’t be making an appearance, but the good news is that he has been replaced by none other than Olaf from Frozen!
The event is taking place on May 25 and entry to the Carnival field is free, but a donation can be given towards costs.
