8AM UPDATE: Welshpool among 82 schools closed

Welshpool High School will be closed again today but Llanfyllin and Caereinion High Schools have declared they will be open.
A total of 82 schools are closed but Guilsfield,Leighton, Montgomery and Llanfair Primary Schools will be open. Primary schools at Llanrhaeadr, Pontrobert and Rhiw Bechan are among those that will be closed today.
