Visual loss charity in town

A visual loss charity is visiting Welshpool tomorrow  (Tuesday) to offer impartial advice about all aspects of sight loss from their information vehicle.

Action for Blind People will make their annual visit to St Winefride’s Catholic Church Car Park (pictured) to offer free advice for anyone with a sight loss, their family or carers.

On board the vehicle will be the latest equipment and it will be parked up from 2-4 pm. No need to book - just turn up.

There is also a meeting of the Welshpool and District Visual Loss Club on the same day. All visitors to the information vehicle are welcome to visit the meeting being held and talk with the volunteers about this self-help group which is held once a fortnight.
