Crosses sign Town star

Four Crosses have bolstered their stuttering Spar Division Two promotion charge by signing Dan Tolley from Technogroup Welshpool.

 

Crosses, who slipped to a 2-1 New Year’s Day home defeat to Llanfair, have moved quickly to bolster their ranks with their fourth raid on Welshpool in a fortnight.

“Dan will be a big signing for us and provides the sort of quality we need for the second half of the season,” said manager Nick Popyk. “The lads need to look at the last three performances and start to right their own wrongs. With the new signings in place, competition to be in a match day squad is fierce now let alone to start a game.”

 

Tolley signed for Welshpool from Presteigne earlier in the season and will provide plenty of width to the Four Crosses midfield.
