Guilsfield are the first team in the hat for the second round draw of the Welsh Cup after beating Welshpool 6-3 last night.
Pool got off to a great start when Christian Webster netted after just two minutes but the lead was short-lived with Stuart Rogers quickly responding and Adam Jenkins (2) and Jake Cooke making it 4-1.
Will Pritchard capitalised on a mistake by home keeper Lee Andrews to make it 4-2 at the break before Louis Irvine netted for the Guils on the restart.
Pritchard netted from the penalty spot but there was to be no happy ending for Pool with Jenkins completing his hat-trick for a final scoreline of 6-3.
