Meifod slip opens the door
Meifod have slipped up on their march to the Honda Division One title, showing that there is plenty of life left in the title chase.
The leaders were held 2-2 at lowly Llanymynech, opening the door for Llanfyllin to close the gap to five points after their 8-4 win over Morda. Berriew Reserves also made up ground following their 8-0 win over bottom side Llanrhaeadr Reserves.
Bishop’s Castle made it 12 wins from 12 in Mitsubishi Two with a 2-1 win at Trewern United, but Maesyrhandir stayed on their shoulder with a 4-0 over Kerry Reserves.
