Pool out of relegation places

It’s been a long time coming but Welshpool Town are out of the Spar Mid Wales League relegation places.

Pool have been languishing in the bottom two with Montgomery for most of the season but won today’s six pointer with relegation rivals Tywn/Bryncrug 3-2 at The Maesydre

It was a bad day for both Guilsfield and Llanfair in the Huws Gray Alliance with Guilsfield going dow 3-2 to a shock home defeat against Conwy and Llanfair beaten 4-1 at Ruthin.
