Roberts leaves his "mark" on Golfa

Mark Roberts continued his good form at Welshpool Golf Club by winning Sunday’s Swindle.

Roberts (16) came in with 37 points to edge out Ian Davies (21) on 36. Club captain Alun Evans(13) lost out on the countback to take third place.

The Seniors Monthly Medal was won by Anguss Painter (27) with 74 net. Anne Downes-Evans (27) was just a shot behind on75 will Willy Cooke (18) third on 77.

In the annual Seniors Wales Dragons v England Lions match the Welsh were victorious with a 3-2 score.
