Pool lose 100% record

Welshpool Town lost their 100% start to the season when Tywyn Bryncrug snatched a last minute Spar Mid Wales Legue point at The Maesydre. 

Pool fielded a young side for the opening home game of the season and twice led through Will Thomas only for Tywyn/ Bryncrug to peg them back twice.

The good news for Pool was that joint Player/ Manager Neil Pryce came through 90 minutes unscathed in his first game back afte a long term injury.

Llanfair were forced to hang on for their 4-3 victory with Radnor Valley staging a brave fightback.

New signing Asa Hamilton continued to set the Huws Gray Alliance for Guilsfield with the only goal of the game in a 1-0 victory over Ruthin to keep the villagers as early league leaders ahead of Saturday's fixtures
