Welsh Cup reward for Abermule

Abermule’s reward for Saturday’s stunning Welsh Cup 3-2 win over Borth is a cracking home tie with near neighbours Berriew.

The Mulesiders pulled off a shock results in the second qualifying round against the Spar Mid Wales League side and have been rewarded with the home tie in Round 1. Berriew won 7-0 at Llansantffraid.

LLanfair face a tough challenge at Huws Gray Alliance side Flint, Llanrhaeadr are at home to FC Queens Park and Guilsfield will welcome Mold to the village.

The games will be played on the weekend of September 7/8 and the draw includes:

Buckley Town v Llanidloes Town

Carno v Gresford

Llanrhaeadr Ym Mochnant v FC Queens Park

Flint Town United v Llanfair United
