Guilsfield returned to form in the Huws Gray Alliance with a comfortable win at struggling FC Queens Park.
Goals from Asa Hamilton, Callum Bromley and Adam Jenkins secured the 3-1 win, and while it was enough to keep Guilsfield in the hunt for a top three finish, the defeat for the hosts was good news for Caersws who struggled again at home against Denbigh Town.
The 2-0 defeat for the Bluebirds leaves them third from bottom, but thankfully still seven points clear of Queens Park.
There was drama in the Spar One where leaders Welshpool Town were held to a 2-2 draw at Llanidloes Town, but title favourites Llanrhaeadr were beaten 3-2 at Aberaeron.
Berriew’s decent run stuttered with defeat at home to Tywyn Bryncrug but there were fine wins for Carno, Churchstoke and Llanfair United.
In Spar Two, Llansantffraid Village stayed in touch with leaders Builth Wells with a 3-2 win at Dolgellau.
