If at first you don't succeed, try try again and that's exactly what Four Crosses did by winning the final of the Montgomeryshire Amateur League Cup on Bank Holiday Monday.
After defeats in the finals of the Emrys Morgan Cup and the Village Cup, Crosses made it third time lucky with a last minute winner at Llansantffraid.
And they did it against a resilient Waterloo Rovers who had pulled themselves back into the match after going 2-0 down to goals from Paul Bache and Dylan Ellis. Rovers levelled through Jack Holley and Tom Ellis.
But Jake Edwards was the Crosses hero, scoring the winner just as the match was heading into the final seconds.
