Anti-doping workshop at Rugby Club
The workshop will be run by WRU development staff and a club spokesman said: “This is the latest event in our bid to educate our players, coaches and young people.
“We want our players to have the information to make educated decisions around nutrition and supplements and to realise the danger of malpractice.
“We aim to create the best environment we can at our club and part of our programme is supporting the development of our players in a holistic way and not just in a rugby sense.”
The club are opening up the workshop to any sports coaches and volunteers from other clubs in the area.
Details: Welshpool Ruby Club, Tuesday September 25, 6:30pm-7:10pm.
