Give ladies rugby a try…

Women’s rugby is growing in popularity in Welshpool and there is an open invitation for more players of all ages and abilities to come down and give it a try.

“It’s a fantastic way for women to work out completely free of charge in a none judgemental environment whilst having some fun,” said a spokesperson for the club. “No knowledge or experience of rugby is necessary.

“There is no contact and the sessions are mainly based on drill and fitness elements at the moment.”

The first session was last Thursday, and it will continue every Thursday at 7pm at the club.
