Guilsfield will be in the hat for the quarter finals of the JD Welsh Cup after winning 2-1 at Swansea University.
First half strikes from Chris Cathrall after three minutes and Andrew Ford in the 23rd minute were enough to see the villagers into the hat against the students despite a lastr minute response from Ollie Roberts.
Llanrhaeadr just can’t find a win in the JD Cymru North and went down 2-1 at Holyhead Hotspur. Jay Gibbs gave the North Walians an eighth minute lead only to see Llanrhaeadr pull level through player/manager Mark Griffiths on 39 minutes. Griffiths also picked up a late red card.
Llanidloes edged a five goal thriller 3-2 against Llangefni in the JD Cymru North thanks to a last minute goal from Connor Bird who netted a hat-trick in the last six minutes. Llangefni had led through James Phillips and Jack Smith.
An O'Donnell hat-trick was enough to give Forden a 3-2 extra time win in the Emrys Morgan Cup at home to Waterloo Rovers, who replied through Tom Ellis and Luke Evans. Rovers also had Ben Marston sent off.
Goals in the last five minutes from Ryan Knott and Ryan Edwards gave Wewlshpool Town three points at Four Crosses in the Lock Stock Ardal North East League.
