What a Guy!

Double Olympic gold medallist James Guy dropped into The Flash on Wednesday to provide some world-class coaching to members of the Welshpool Sharks and Newtown Swimming Club.

James, who won Tokyo 2020 gold with Team GB in the 4x200m relay and Mixed Medley Relay, spent invaluable time with the young swimmers providing plenty of advice and posing for pictures.

He was joined by local lad Neil Lewis, who is a Strength And Conditioning Consultant for Team GB and works with some of the country’s top athletes.
