Red tape holds up signings for Herbert

Red tape has held up two signings for Technogroup Welshpool manager Chris Herbert as he prepares to tackle Ruthin today.

Determined not to be caught out by the rules for a second time Pool have been forced to leave newcomers Sean Kilgannon from Airbus and Robbie Dean from Upton.on the sidelines with no international clearance obtained.

But manager Herbert is likely to play himself along with new signings Sean Kilgannon and Llyer Haycock from Christleton.

"Hopefully that will strengthen the team enough to have a real good go at Ruthin who have some good experienced players on their books like, ex Welshpool striker Aden Shannon," said Herbert.
