Technogroup Welshpool remain 18 points adrift at the bottom of the Huws Gray Alliance table after going down 2-1 at Buckley Town.

 

There were plenty of signs of recovery as Chris Herbert’s men went in to the half time interval 1-0 up following Jack Pickering’s 35^th minute strike.

 

But they suffered their 10^th defeat of the season through second half goals from Phil Molyneux and Anthony Williams.

 

In the Spar Mid Wales League, Llansantffraid Village’s charge on the division one title continued with a 4-1 win over Tywyn Bryncrug.

 

In Division Two, Montgomery’s season goes from strength to strength with a 3-1 win over Abermule. Llanfyllin impressed in beating Llanfair 5-2 and were 5-0 up at one stage. Four Crosses looked rusty in their 1-0 defeat at home to Aberaeron.
