
Administrator & Sales Support
Hours of Work: 5 hours per day , we can be flexible on start and finish times between the hours of 9-5pm Monday – Friday
Location: Henfaes Lane, Welshpool.
Rate: £9.50 – 10.95 per hour dependent on experience.
Derwas Fires & Stoves is looking for an Administrator to join our small , friendly team. The job role involves basic administrative tasks and supporting our sales team making sure all prices, brochures and product information is up to date. This role is best suited to a confident, responsible person with good organisational skills, who can work well within our small team and has had previous experience within an administrative environment.
Qualification Requirement:
· Maths & English GCSE or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:
All aspects of basic admin / filing
Dealing with customer enquiries, face to face, on the phone and by email.
Using in house CRM software
Supporting our sales team, ordering brochures, keeping price labels and product information up to date.
Keeping all certification and records up to date
Maintaining our good relationships with suppliers and customers
After sales support, spares ordering,
Key Skills & Abilities:
. Confident in Microsoft Word / Excel essential
. Able to use CANVA an advantage but not essential
· Good time management , attention to detail & organisational skills
· Able to work well within our small team. This is essential as we all enjoy our work so the applicant must be able to fit in and maintain a happy but professional working environment.
· Good communication via both email & telephone and dealing with customers face to face
· Pick up processes & computerised systems
· Self-motivated , confident.
