Nerys wins Boots care award

Nerys Lewis cares about her customers at the Boots store on Broad Street in Welshpool and now she has won recognition.

The store manager won the award for the best customer care out of 14 branches in Mid Wales and was handed the award at a glittering awards ceremony attended by staff from all over Wales.

There was an award for her former store at Newtown too – named the best in Wales.
