New Year, New Me!

With the Festive Season excess behind us, many will be feeling the clothes are a little bit tighter than they were a month ago!

We caught up with Great Escape’s Chris Greatorex who has something up his sleeve to help us out!

“Happy New Year everyone! 2018 is here and the usual gym rush has started after the Christmas period.

So it’s an ideal time to make everyone aware of our current gym offer which is just £25 per month (gym only).

Then we’ve also got our usual personal training offers for January which include our bronze, silver and gold packages for unbeatable prices.

Meanwhile, we are now another month closer to our 350+ mile Paris cycling event and our training is continuing to gather pace.

We’re raising lots of money on a weekly basis for both Blossom’s Legacy and Sport Relief. Our Charity Promise Auction is soon at the Royal Oak and we can never have enough prizes so if there are any local businesses who want to donate a night’s stay somewhere or meal vouchers, get in touch with us before February arrives.
