Matt Stephens Carpets & Flooring are seeking to recruit a Trainee Floorlayer.
This is a great opportunity to join a small, friendly, independent company.
- All training will be given, both on site and in training environments, no previous experience necessary.
- Start date negotiable for right candidate.
- Trial days/work experience days are also welcome.
Matt Stephens Carpets & Flooring specialise in the installation and supply of Natural carpets, Hardflooring and traditional carpets.
We pride ourselves on quality installations and great service.
The majority of work is local to the Welshpool area, but occasionally we travel further afield on various projects.
This role will include heavy lifting, and is a labour intensive role.
The ideal applicant will -
- have good time management skills.
- have good customer service skills. (I.e be polite and courteous)
- be keen to learn with attention to detail.
- be able to commute to and from Welshpool each working day. (Usual hours 8am - 5pm approx)
