No waste or recycling collections on Tuesday

There will be no waste or recycling collections in Montgomeryshire on Tuesday, due to the adverse weather.

Powys County Council said the staff are to be redeployed to help clear snow.

Many lanes and minor roads remain impassable in places and pavements and footways are icy and covered in snow in Welshpool and other communities.

PCC has not said when collections missed on Tuesday will be collected.
