Arrest after Leighton Arches ‘operation’

One man was arrested after reports of significant police activity at Leighton Arches yesterday afternoon.

A number of police officers were seen in the location, and last night  Dyfed-Powys confirmed that they carried out an “operation”.

“Officers have been carrying out an intelligence-led, proactive operation in and around the Leighton Arches area,” a spokesperson told us. “A 30-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of a public order offence and remains in police custody at this time.”
