Arrest made over town centre break-ins

Police have made a breakthrough in their investigation into a number of break-ins at town centre businesses last month.

 Last night, they arrested a woman in connection with the burglaries that targeted several hairdressers and an electrical shop. No more official information has been released.

 The break-ins caused outrage due to the cost inflicted on businesses having to clear up broken windows and cancelling appointments, with very little in value taken.
