Guilsfield Get Together
The event attracted a large crowd in 2017 and organisers will be hoping for fine weather to bring out the local residents once again.
“Last year was the first year the village embraced this wonderful idea and it was a great success so we are hoping for good weather and great community support once again,” said Sara Thomas, one of the organisers.
“Everyone in the village and surrounding area are invited to come along to join in. It will be held in the centre of the village known to locals as the square (in between the Oak and the Kings Head).
“The aim is to bring everyone together and enjoy the community spirit, all you need to do is bring along your picnic, chairs and blankets find a perfect spot with your family and friends and make yourself comfy!”
Entertainment will be provided by the talented Steve Edwards (pictured) and there will be cakes and ice cream for sale along with a raffle.
