The Probation Service has confirmed that a Welshpool man has been returned to prison less than a month after being released on licence.
Kieran Goodwin was jailed for four years and three months in May 2018 after admitting a series of sexual offences, including sexual activity with a child.
He was released before Christmas but rearrested on January 20 for breaching his licence conditions, the County Times reports.
A spokesman from the Probation Service said: “Keiran Goodwin was recalled to prison on January 20 after breaching his licence conditions. Offenders on licence must comply with a strict set of conditions to protect the public.”
