Residents are being kept up through the night in Llanfyllin town centre, prompting the town council to make a “polite request”.
Reports of anti-social behaviour into the early hours have been made, so the town council hopes that its request for calm will be respected.
“Polite request from town centre residents to please be considerate of others late at night,” a spokesperson posted to the town council’s official Facebook page.
“We've been asked to put out a plea for people, particularly large groups, to try to avoid being very loud in the early hours.”
