Welshpool’s Casino Night confirmed

Welshpool Town Hall has been used for a variety of reasons in recent years, and next month it will become a casino for one night only!

Welshpool Mayor, Cllr Alison Davies, will be hosting a fundraiser for her nominated charities on February 11 from 7pm, with an open invite for the town to enjoy a night out.

Tickets, priced at £12, are available online and also from the Tourist Information Centre, and include fun money, canapes and refreshments. There will be live music as well as a licensed bar until 10.30pm.

A prize will be given to the person who makes the most ‘money’, and there will also be a raffle run alongside the games of Roulette, Poker and Black Jack.

Cllr Davies has decided to raise money for Montgomeryshire Wildlife Trust and Ponthafren during her term in office.
