Tonight’s 'Flicks in the Sticks' cancelled

Tonight’s free screening of A Man Called Otto at the Town Hall has been cancelled.

The film was the latest in a series of ‘Flicks in the Sticks’ movies being shown on the big screen in town, but the Town Council just shared the sad news.

“We are so sad to inform you all, but due to unforeseen circumstances, we have to cancel Flicks In the Sticks this evening,” the organisers informed the Town Council. “Keep an eye out for our next screening.”

The initiative aims to fill the gap for big screen film showings in towns and communities that have lost their cinemas in recent years.
