Top DJ praise for Welshpool CD out today

One of Britain’s top rock DJ’s has praised the new Welshpool compilation album which is released today and is set to become a popular stocking filler this Christmas.

Welshpool Collected, the groundbreaking new compilation CD features a track from each of the area’s top bands and has reached the ear of Luke Wilkins, who has made his name as a DJ with national radio stations including Kerrang! FM.

“There is some great music on there from some very good bands and this album proves that Welshpool most definitely rocks!” he said.

The album will be available tonight at the big Mad Friday concert featuring three local bands at the Town Hall and is then available on line at www.tellerpromotions.co.uk. Tickets are still available for tonight on the door.
