Tickets on sale for Country Music Festival as charity looks to stay afloat
The event will see some of Britain’s leading Country acts play across three days on the weekend of July 19-21, with the gates at the Powis Castle Showground opening to campers prior to that.
The event is organised by the Heulwen Trust who operate boating trips on the Montgomery Canal for charities and organisations.
“Our Annual Show raises funds to keep our Narrow Boats afloat which The Heulwen Trust operates on a daily basis,” said Peter Edwards, Chairman.
“Our trips along the Montgomery Canal are for those less able or vulnerable persons of any age. These trips are provided free of charge for our clients who qualify.
“Tickets went on sale over the weekend offering “Super early bird” advantages such as preferential access and a saving of £10 per person for weekend camping etc.”
