Additional role for Rev Paulette

The Bishop of St Asaph has announced the appointment of The Reverend Paulette Gower as the new Mission Area Leader of Pool.

Paulette joined the Pool Mission Area in 2022 to look after the communities of Berriew, Castle Caereinion, Forden, Fron, Llandyssil, Montgomery and Pantyffridd, and was licensed by Bishop Gregory at St Beuno’s Church, Berriew.

“Please remember Paulette in your prayers as she takes on this additional responsibility,” said Bishop Gregory.

When time permits Paulette also enjoys strumming her guitar, swimming, reading, doing jigsaws and playing board games.

She is a Girl Guide Leader and Trainer and loves camping and inventing wild games (treasure hunt type activities) and has recently been welcomed as part of the leadership team for 1st Montgomery Guides.

A service to commission Paulette as Mission Area Leader will take place at the end of the month with details to follow.
